Winter Veggies with Paneer Shashlik

Me and my family are a big time fan of veggie paneer shashlik as it goes well with our grilled non-veg. Plus it provides a good amount of fiber and protein.

Me and my family are a big time fan of veggie paneer shashlik as it goes well with our grilled non-veg. Plus it provides a good amount of fiber and protein.
Steps

Chop all the veggies, pineapple and paneer in big cubes. Apply black salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, garam masala and lemon juice. (You can also add peri peri masala or oregano)

Marinate for min 1 hour. (More the better)

Place the Wooden skewers in water for 30 mins. Remove and dry.

Then place the veggies and paneer on the skewers one by one. Grill on hot pan or tandoor. Turn on other side after grilling on one side. Enjoy with green chutney.
