Take lukewarm water in a bowl. Add granulated sugar n fresh yeast mix n cover. Keep it aside for 10-15 mins.

For Dough:-Take maida in a paraat add Add salt oil sugar powder milk n yeast water. Knead a soft dough knead on a table. N keep in a bowl. cover with damp. Cloth for 1/2 hour.

Stuffing:-Meanwhile heat oil in a pan saute chopped garlic ginger saute for 1min. Add onion green chilli chopped salt chopped bell papers carrot n cabbage. Stir on the fast flame. Now add vinegar soya sauce pepper powder mix herbs n stir on the fast flame. Now add coarsely crushed walnuts. N spring onion.mix properly. Turn off flame.

Now dust maida on the table n divide the dough into 2parts. Not to knead now just make a ball n roll not so thin or thick. Stuff vegetables stuffing n sprinkle ground walnuts make cuts on both sides n cross one by one. Apply. Oil n butter mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds n walnut for crunch chopped mint. N cover with dry cloth for15mins.

Preheat oven for 5 mins. Brush oil on butter paper. and put braided bread bake 10-12min. and serve hot.

Yummy tasty Braided bread is ready to brush butter and serve with ketchup n cheese mayo mints dip.
