  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupvinegar
  • Green onion
  • Sesame

    Prepare ingredients

    Cut eggplant into 4 pieces

    Mix soy sauce, sugar and vinegar well

    Fry eggplants
