I received 100% orange juice as a gift, so I tried to make this recipe with it! !I love firm jelly, but I made a soft and wobby version this time. The juice should be at least 20℃ / 68°F when you start making this. Microwave it a little bit in the winter to warm it up.When you add the juice to the gelatin, hold the juice with your left hand, and stir it with a spoon in your right hand. Please try making this with other kinds of juice.Be sure to adjust the amount of sugar accordingly. You can make this in no time when you don't have fresh fruit, but you want to add a dessert to a bento lunch box!Tangerines are the most popular fruit topping in my family. High fat milk makes a richly flavoured milk jelly, and it's delicious!I mix the finished jelly with syrup, so I used just 30 g of sugar in the jelly liquid itself to make it less sweet. Coffee Jelly Coffee Jelly
I adapted a recipe I saw in a book to use instant coffee, and added a little sugar. If you have granulated sugar, use that instead of regular white sugar. I think it gives a slightly more refined sweetness. As I wrote in the introduction, I added a lot of gelatin to make it the consistency I like, so you can use less if you prefer. Children's Day: The Whole Can! Canned Pineapple Jelly Children's Day: The Whole Can! Canned Pineapple Jelly
I thought up a menu to make my kids happy. I think I came up with something awesome. For every 5 g of gelatin, it will solidify 250 ml of juice. When the size of the canned pineapple is different, and there is more water, adjust the amount of gelatin. This will melt and fall apart if you leave it in a warm place, so it is smart to show it to everyone, and then proceed to split it up and serve immediately. Recipe by Asamato cookpad.japan -
