Italian honey balls

The dough consists of nice flavours and then coated with honey. #Italian

Take a big bowl with add in all the above ingredients flour,egg,butter,orange essence,vanilla essence,baking powder,sugar,baking powder and salt.

Knead for few seconds into a a soft dough.now cover will cling and keep in fridge to set for 20 mins.after 20 mins knead dough for few seconds. Flatten the dough and cut into 1 inch long strips. Cut strips into small portions.

Make balls from small portions. Shallow fry all the dough balls and remove on paper towel.

Now for the glaze take a big pan with sugar and honey,boil for few seconds and put in the fried dough balls and mix well till all of them are nice coated with honey glaze.now quickly remove on the serving plate.(don't touch it with your hand till it set)

When slightly cooled serve and enjoy.This is an Italian dish served mostly during Christmas and winters. Hope you will enjoy make this easy and delicious dessert
