Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2Ripe Bananas
  2. 60 gramsCream cheese
  3. 60 gramsUnsalted butter or cake margarine
  4. 60 gramsSugar
  5. 1Egg
  6. 1 tspLemon juice
  7. 1 tbspMilk
  8. Floury ingredients
  9. 100 gramsCake flour
  10. 1 tspBaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the bananas. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

    Combine the dry ingredients. Cut the cream cheese into 1 cm cubes and bring to room temperature.

    Mix the butter until it becomes a mayonnaise-like consistency, add the sugar in two batches, and mix. Add the beaten egg little by little and mix everything together.

    Mix the mashed banana and lemon juice into the bowl from Step 3, then mix in the cream cheese.

    When it's mixed, fold in half the sifted dry ingredients. Add the milk, and when it's mixed in, fold in the rest of the dry ingredients.

    Pour the batter into the mold, bake for 35 minutes at 180ºC and they're done!

    I topped them with sliced almonds.
