Chicken, bacon & salami quiche

Steps

Line your pan with the puff pastry. Place in frigde to keep it cool.

Preheat the oven to 190°C

Chop the cooked chicken into smaller pieces. Slice the salami into quarters.

Slice the red onions into eighths.
- 5
Egg-mixture: In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk and cream cheese together.

Place all the meat (cooked chicken, salami and raw bacon) and sliced red onion into the lined pan. Pour the egg mixture over.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Enjoy hot.
