Raw turmeric ginger pickle

Firstly, clean and wash and wipe fresh raw turmeric, ginger and 🍋 lemon, peel the raw turmeric and ginger skin and cut the lemon half pieces, and crushed cloves and black pepper.

Now heat the tada pan pour one bowl oil heat it, on the other side grate the raw turmeric and ginger and keep aside.

Oil Once it becomes hot transfer into a big bowl add mustard seeds, asafetida, red chili powder, pickle masala, Kashmiri Lal powder, crushed cloves, and crushed black pepper and salt mix it well, now add grated raw turmeric and ginger mix it well again.

After that add 5 lemon juice and organic jaggery powder into it and again mix it well, now our raw turmeric and ginger pickle is ready to it.

Serve in a serving bowl or you can store it in an air-tight glass jar it is a very delicious and digestive healthy n tasty nutritious pickle, if you like my recipes please share and comments.
