Ingredients

  • 100 gmraw turmeric peeled and grated
  • 1/2 tsppeeled and grated
  • 1green chili chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain (carom seeds)
  • 1/2 tspfenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsp desi ghee

    Take a kadhai heat desi ghee.Add Ajwain,jeera,methi dana and splatter.Then add grated ginger and cooh for 2 mint.

    After 2 mint add grated turmeric and cook in simmer for 5 mint.Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well. After 2 mint off the flame. Ready to eat raw turmeric sabzi.
