Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 1medium chicken
  • Season all spice, or All-purpose seasoning
  • Garlic salt or granuals
  • Paprika
  • Black pepper

    Prepare chicken, clean out the inside
    Cover with all-purpose seasoning, or season all. Rub in.
    Sprinkle on garlic salt or granules. I tspn

    1/2 tspn black pepper sprinkle on
    1tspn paprika, sprinkle on
    Lightly grease Pyrex bowl and inside cover.

    Put chicken in Pyrex bowl and cover
    Place in a pre heated oven. 200 Degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
    Turn down oven to 180 Degrees Celsius, cook for a further 115 minutes, or until cook.

    Use juices to add to gray, if needed. Gives it a lovely Flav
