Frozen Microwaved Broccoli

I wanted to come up with a way to store broccoli I got on sale!
This recipe leaves the broccoli a little stiff, keeping in mind that you'll be cooking them with other ingredients in your dishes.
If you add the stems to a cream stew, they'll be delicious.
If you put the broccoli into the Ziploc in a single layer and close without pushing out the extra air, it will freeze without clumping together! Recipe by Karinko

It's better to use a pot for boiling large amounts of broccoli, but I always use a microwave when it's a small amount.By adding water, it prevents the broccoli from becoming dry. I cooked this using a 500 W microwave. Shorten the time if you are using a 600 W microwave. Be careful not to overcook the broccoli. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

How to Boil Bright Green Broccoli in the Microwave How to Boil Bright Green Broccoli in the Microwave
I didn't really put much thought into this method but after I finished boiling the broccoli like this it turned out to be the best broccoli that I had ever made. Please adjust the heating time depending on your model of microwave and the broccoli texture that you're aiming for. Please sprinkle the salt over the broccoli evenly. Even if you think the broccoli might end up a bit too salty, it won't taste too salty in the end. Feel free to use however much you like though. When the broccoli has cooked, drain or pat away the moisture for a vivid colour and salty flavour! Recipe by Aki kitchen *aki cookpad.japan -

You can use a microwave-safe container instead of the plastic bag if you like. It is easier to mix it up in a container. Recipe by YunoChamio cookpad.japan -

Easy Microwaved Corn in the Husk! Easy Microwaved Corn in the Husk!
This method recommended to me by a co-worker. When I tried it out, I was so amazed by how the flavors transferred from the husk.If the outside layer of the husk is really dirty, peel off 1 or 2 layers. In addition to the aroma of the corn, the husk releases moisture which steam cooks the corn. When you remove it from the microwave and remove the wrap, be careful not to burn yourself.
