  • 150 gramsMinced meat of your choice
  • 4stalks Chrysanthemum leaves
  • 10cm Japanese leek
  • 1 packagesWonton wrappers
  • 1 tsp☆ Sake
  • 2 tbsp☆ Shiro-dashi
  • 2 tsp☆ Yuzu pepper paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop up the chrysanthemum leaves and Japanese leek. Mix well with the minced meat and the ☆ ingredients.

    Wrap them as you like in wonton wrappers.
