Mix everything well and marinate the chicken for 1 hr.

Meanwhile rinse the basmati rice draine it for 30 mins.

Heat the ghee and add all garam masalas like bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamon, cumin and clove.

Add sliced onion on medium flame fry until it turn into golden brownish.

Add marinated chicken into it. Cover it and cook until chicken is soft

Add yoghurt, garam masala, chicken masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder.

Mix it well andvspread it in even layer.

Cook basmati rice meanwhile in pressure cooker. For 1 kg rice add 2-3 glass of water and add salt.

Once rice get cooked.. mix chicken gravy and rice evenly in layered fashion.

Add 2 teaspoons of mint leaves and fried onions.

Enjoy chicken biryani with Raita.
