Collect the ingredients.

Chopped the green chilli and coriander leaves.

Take a bowl, break the eggs. Mix well.

Add chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste. Mix well.

Dip the bread in egg batter.

Heat a non-stick pan, grease it. Place the dip bread on it. Add egg batter on it.

Add one tsp oil. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Flip it. Cook it for another 2 minutes on medium flame. Omlette is ready to serve.
