  • 300 gramsChicken
  • 2 tbsp●Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp●Sake
  • 1 tbsp● Garlic (grated or in a tube )
  • 3tablespoons~ Katakuriko

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the sliced chicken and ingredients marked with ● in a plastic bag, gently massage, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Add the katakuriko and mix together, then deep fry in oil at 180℃ until crisp.
