Add beef in pan, then add sliced onions,

Add all spices ginger and garlic Paste, tomatoes, whole spices and add the water,

Mix well and let it simmer until tender, cover with a lid,

Dip almonds in hot water few minutes, peel the skin and add in a blender and blend them until it becomes smooth paste,
Keep some peeled almonds aside. - 5
Check the beef if it tender enough then keep stirring on high flame until dry all extra water and masala is smooth enough (if meat cooked over tender take out the meat from the pan and cook the masala separately)

Add yogurt and cook until enough thickened, then add the meat again,
add almonds and almonds Paste keep stirring until exact consistency - 7
Add cilantro and kaiwra water mix well and turn off flame,
Transfer to the serving dish and garnish with cilantro ginger julienne and peeled almonds serve with naan or roti.
