Ingredients

  • 250 gMaida/
  • 3/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cupmethi finally chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as neededMari powder
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mixed both flour add salt mari powder cut methi and oil or ghee for moyan. Use warm water to make a dough. Make tight dough.

    Keep aside for 15 minutes
    Now make a thick puris from this.

    Now fry on slow flame
    Or till light pink.

    Let it be cool down and store.
    Serve with tea or coffee
