American-style Buttermilk Pancakes

I made these because I had half an egg left from making bread.
Don't stir the milk after you've added the lemon juice.
Afterwards, they're the same as regular pancakes. Recipe by moka

Steps
- 1
Add the lemon juice to the milk (don't stir) and microwave at 600 W for 50 seconds. Let cool.
- 2
Add the sugar to the egg and mix with a whisk.
- 3
Add the dry ingredients and stir.
- 4
Add the milk from Step 1 and mix.
- 5
Lastly, mix in the yogurt.
- 6
Thoroughly warm up a frying pan!
- 7
Prepare a damp towel! Place the frying pan on the towel and after it sizzles, wait 3 seconds before pouring in the pancake mix.
- 8
Cook for about 2 minutes on medium-low heat (until they begin to bubble), flip them over and cook for another 1-2 minutes to finish.
