Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/3 cupflour
  • 1/2 TbspSugar
  • 1/8 TspSalt
  • 1/4 TspBaking powder
  • 1/4 TspBaking Soda
  • 1/2 cupButtermilk
  • 1Egg, beaten
  • 1 TbspButter, Melted

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients into a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the wet ingredients and mix until the clumps are gone.

  3. 3

    Heat a griddle or pan on high hight and grease with butter.

  4. 4

    Pour batter to desired pancake size and cook until top is bubbly and bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with your homemade butter and favorite syrup.
