Steps

Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl & set aside for 5 min to ‘sour’.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk egg & butter into ‘soured’ milk.

Combine flour mixture & wet ingredients, & whisk until lumps are gone.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat, coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet. Cook until bubble forms, flip & cook until browned on the other side.
