Take the amritsari pappad and cut them into two halves

In a mixing boil add the chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, green chillies (optional), lemon juice, amchur powder, chaat Masala, salt and chilli powder acc. to taste and mix well and keep aside

Now heat the pappad on the gas (direct flame). The flame should be medium high. And keep on shaping the pappad into a cone shape. As the pappad is still getting cooked so you can easily shape it when it is still soft

Let the pappad cool and then add the filling of chopped tomatoes and onions. Garnish it with coriander leaves
