Simple One-Egg Crepes

This is the first dessert I ever made!
My mother taught me this recipe.
- You can use the same frying pan used to melt the butter to cook the crepe, just wipe the grease off with a paper towel!
- If you let the batter rest at step 5, the crepe will come out even smoother.
- You can cook it in a microwave using a spring roll wrapper too! Why not try it this way with your kids? Recipe by Pekori-

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all the △ ingredients in a bowl and mix them well with a whisk.
- 2
Combine the egg and milk in another bowl.
- 3
Stir the mixture from step 2 into the bowl from step 1.
- 4
Melt butter in a frying pan and then let it cool. Combine it with the mixture from step 3. Wipe the excess grease off of the frying pan.
- 5
Strain the batter with a strainer.
- 6
Now cook the batter using the frying pan from step 4. If you have time, let the batter sit for 20 minutes before putting it in the frying pan as this will make it easier to cook.
- 7
When one side has cooked nicely, quickly flip it over to cook the other side. Once it's done cooking all you have to do is add some jam or cream cheese, or wrap in some store bought ice cream.~

Totally in love 😍 🥰 with this recipe that I found in one of my favorite food bloggers pages in Instagram. It’s thin and tender and deliciously buttery 😋 You can use any kinds of fillings you like. My favorite is always hazelnut spread and fresh strawberries 🍓 Hmmm now I’m thinking of making the chocolate version of this yummy crepe. What do you think? Do you also like chocolate crepe? 😊Please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary (Indonesian recipes) or @jenscookdineandtravel (English recipes) 🙏🏻 jenscookingdiary -

Pancake Mix Crepes Pancake Mix Crepes
So I was craving breakfast tacos when I realized I had no tortillas. I thought "why not use a thin pancake?" After many trials i found the perfect mix ratio for a crepe style pancake strong enough to make tacos with. These are very versatile and can be served sweet with fruit and whip cream, with powdered sugar and syrup or savory like a taco. jessicadpaxton -
Egg-less Chewy Crepes in the Microwave Egg-less Chewy Crepes in the Microwave
I wanted to eat chewy crepes that doesn't use egg or butter. I tried out various methods, and finally created this recipe. In Step 2, I used a 500 W microwave. As long as it's no longer liquid, it's fine!In Step 3, use a fork to lift it up a little, then trickle a little water between the crepe and plate and it'll be easier to peel.Once you've finished peeling it off, pat dry the crepe with a paper towel.
