Ingredients

  1. 2 cupgram flour
  2. 1/2 tspcarrom seeds
  3. 1large chopped onion
  4. 3chopped green chillies
  5. 1larger chopped tomato
  6. As neededFreshly chopped coriander
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. Pinchasofoitda
  9. As neededOil or ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take chopped veggies and coriander then add gram flour along with salt,carrom seeds,heing.

    Add sufficient water into the bowl to make thin batter and rest it for 5-7min.

    Heat pan, sprinkle with water and wipe it.Now pour some batter and spread. Apply some oil or ghee and cook from both the sides.Serve with your favourite chutney.
