  • 400 GmsBhindi (Washed and wiped)
  • 1/2 cupRoasted Penuts
  • 1/4 cupRoasted Besan (Chickpea Flour)
  • 3 tbspCumin-coriander Powder (Dhania-jeera powder)
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspSugar(Jaggery powder)
  • 1/2 tspDry mango powder(Aamchur powder)
  • 4 tbspOil (Total)
  • 1 tspCumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 2 tbspGarlic Chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    Collect all the masalas mentioned above

  2. 2

    Grind it into the mixie jar and make powder

  3. 3

    Now give slit in each bhindis

  4. 4

    Stuff the masala in it
