Papaya Dalia smoothie

Healthy smoothie for breakfast.
Steps

Heat peanut butter in a pressure cooker, add Dalia and stir continuously on low flame.

Add cumin (jeera), black pepper, sauf, green cardamom, jaggery (gur), and milk mix well and stir for a few seconds.

Then add water, cover the pressure cooker with a lid and allow 3-4 whistles.

Once dalia is cooked remove it on a plate and let it cool.

In a mixie jar add papaya and grind well to a smooth paste.

Add cooked dalia with papaya paste and blend with a glass of water.
- 7
Serve the smoothie immediately.
