Ingredients

  • 1.5 cupbajra
  • 1/2 cupmoong dal
  • 1/4 cupurad dal
  • 1/2 teaspoonmethi seeds
  • for masala
  • 3-4boiled potatoes
  • 1chopped onion
  • 10-15Curry patta
  • as neededSalt
  • As neededOil
  • As Per RequiredLemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonturmerc powder
  • 2 teaspoonsdhaniya powder
  • 2 teaspoonsred chili powder
  • As neededDry fruits
  • As neededMoongfali
  • as per needChopped capsicum
  • as neededSambhar
  • forsambhar
  • 1.5 cupsoaked the dal
  • to tasteCurry patta
  • 1/2 teaspoonrai
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • As required Any chopped vegetable (petha, capsicum, drumsticks)
  • 2 teaspoonsdhaniya powder
  • 2 teaspoonsred chilli powder
  • As required Imli water(imli soaked in water for 10-15 minutes)
  • 1 tbspHing
  • As per taste Salt
  • Pinchsugar
  • 1tomato
  • 2.5 teaspoonssambhar powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    For dosa
    Soak bajra, moong dal, and urad dal overnight or 5-6 hours, wash it thoroughly.

    Grind it by adding little water.

    Make flowing batter
    Add 1 teaspoon salt and keep for 5-6 hours.

    Take tawa to sprinkle little water and oil and wipe it
    Put the batter and spread it and cover it for 2-3 minutes change its side let it cook.

    Put the masala in it, masala dosa ready.

    For masala
    Take Kadai add oil Rai hing chopped onion and saute until golden brown, put all masala and groundnut dry fruits mix well add mashed potatoes mix well put lemon juice.

    For sambhar
    Boil tur dal with tomato and salt, Take Kadai put oil, Rai Curry Patta and chopped onion,Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato, and imli water, Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chili powder let it boil, Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil add hing and partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
