Eating a handful of almonds is good for beauty and digestion. My husband eats almonds everyday, and so I wanted to incorporate them in cooking.

Taste it and check the taste when you mix the ingredients with the eggs.
For me, it was just right when I sprinkled salt and pepper twice.
You can eat it without sauce, but my kids likes ketchup, so they put it on. You can eat it just like that or with soy sauce. Recipe by Satokopanta-ni

Ingredients

  1. 2○Egg
  2. 10 gramsDaikon greens (or any vegetable greens)
  3. 1 tbspAlmond flour
  4. 1 tbspOlive oil (or vegetable oil)
  5. 2shakes Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the vegetables into tiny pieces. Mix all the ingredients marked ○ together. Season with salt and pepper (About 2 light shakes).

    Pour olive oil in a frying pan and cook the ingredients marked ○, and it's done!

  3. 3

    It is easier to cut when it's cooled and the cuts will also look neater.

  4. 4

    Use paper towels to blot excess oil.
