Mix the wheat flour with gram flour.

Add fenugreek leaves and spinach leaves in the flour and add all spices.

Knead the dough using water and keep it aside covered for 10 mins

Make a ball from the dough and make a roti using rolling pin

Heat a tawa and cook the roti from both sides and then on slow flame on gas
- 6
Apple ghee on the roti and serve it with any sabji or dal
