Soak the sabudana for overnight. Add water in sabudana next day and cook it for some time. Do not over Cook it.

Boil the potatoes. Remove the skin and mash it.

Mix all ingredients together and mix it gently.

Use star nozzle from the Sev machine. Let it sun dry for 4-5 days. Store it. Whenever needed, fry it. You can sprinkle with Red chilli powder if you like extra spicy.
