Water to cover
5Bayleaf
2 tbsp.Pepper corns
1/2 cupSoy sauce
2 tbsp.Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp.Oyster sauce
3 pcs.star anise
5 clovesgarlic
1pork cube
2 tbsp.dark brown sugar
8 pcs.shitake mushrooms soaked in water
Bok choi and Chinese cabbage
2 tsp.sesame oil

Boil pork hock with peppercorns, bayleaf and salt.

Combine remaining ingredients for sauce and simmer until tender.

Blanch veggies with salted water and serve with pata.
