Soaked dal overnight, next day blend it well and make a paste. Add soda to it. In a Kadai heat oil and make BADA. You can use a spoon to give a unique shape. shallow fry it.

Keep all BADA aside. In a bowl add water and heat it mildly by adding salt. Dip all vadas to it.

In a bowl soak tamarind with water after 1/2 an hour strain it well.

For mithi chutney, in a Kadai add one tbsp oil and let it heat up. Add jeera, red chili, heeng to it. Then add tamarind to it which we have soaked earlier. Add jaggery also. Cook it for 15 minutes. Until it becomes a running thick slurry.After cooling down add all dry fruits to it.

In a bowl, mix curd very well.

In a plate, put some vadas and spread curd, jaggery tamarind chutney to it with all dry spices(red chili, salt, black pepper powder, chat masala, roasted ground jeera powder) to it. It's ready to serve.
