Grind the sooji into fine powder. Transfer it into a bowl.

Now add wheat flour, curd and salt.

Whisk everything and gradually add water.

Let it sit for around 25 minutes. Now on a hot non-stick tawa, task small amount of batter and spread it evenly over the tawa. Apply butter for crispy texture.
