Ingredients

  • 1 cupurad dal powder
  • 1 tspgreen chilli minced
  • 4 tbspmixed dry fruits
  • 1 pinchbaking soda powder
  • to taste Salt
  • For serving
  • 4 cupcurd
  • 1/4 cupChutney
  • For Garnish
  • 1 tspCumin seeds powder
  • handfulPomegranate
  • 3 tspcoriander leaves
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder

Steps

    Take a bowl add urad dal powder, minced garlic, green chillies, salt, baking soda powder and dry fruits.

    Add water as required make your mixer not thin.

  3. 3

    Take aside for 30 min.

  4. 4

    Check your mixer.add little bit water as required.

  5. 5

    Wet your hands and take 2 tbsp of the batter. On a sheet of the wet plastic and shape into a circle. You aur making any shape as wish.

    Fry your vada in the deep fry.Cook well.

  8. 8

    Soak your vadas in warm water.

  9. 9

    Just before serving, drain out the water.

  10. 10

    Add whisked curd, garnish it with your style.
