Soak both dals separately for 6 to 8 hrs.Then remove its water and grind it smoothly adding salt.Th batter should be like idli batter.Keep it aside for an hour.

Mashe potatoes and add all the ingredients of stuffing,mix well.Make medium balls..

Add salt to prepared batter.,add pinch of soda n whisk well.In small tempering vessel, add oil,heat it and pour a spoonful mixture in it,after few seconds when the layer becomes little firm put small potato ball into it and cover it with another spoonful batter on it.

Let it cook on both the side till it becomes golden in color. Garnish it with all chutneys,curd,farsan,onion n with chopped coriander..
