Ingredients

40 minutes
6-8 people
  • 4 cupscoconut milk
  • 1 cupfresh milk
  • 1 cupcornstarch (dissolved in 1 cup water)
  • 1 cupgranulated sugar / condensed milk (sub)
  • 1 can(Cream style) corn
  • 8-10 tbspToasted desiccated coconut / Toasted crushed nuts & sesame seeds

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour coconut milk into your cooking pot, wait till it boils.

  2. 2

    Add the sugar, fresh milk, and cream style corn, then stir and let simmer for 6-8mins.

  3. 3

    Combine the cornstarch mix and stir in the cooking pot slowly until it thickens.

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture in a serving tray, flatten the top with a spatula

  5. 5

    Let it cool down then refrigerate before serving after an hour or so

  6. 6

    Garnish with toasted desiccated coconut or toasted nuts & sesame seeds. Square-cut and serve each piece while cold and fresh!
