Steps

Firstly heat a pan add 3tsp mustard oil and 3tsp gram flour mix it well.......until it golden brown take off and wipe the kadhai from tissue paper

In a same kadhai add 2cubes add 1tsp red Chilli powder mix it well then add chopped onions mix it very well,add the roasted gram flour

Add salt as per taste,1/4tsp black pepper powder,1/4tsp green cardamom powder,half tsp garam masala,2tsp coriander powder

2finely chopped tomatoes mix it well add half tsp sugar close the lid for 10min

Open it After that add crumbled paneer mix it very well 1cup of milk again close lid cook it for 5min

Garnish with dried kasuri methi
