Take a bowl add mawa,paneer crumbles rava elaichi powder mix it well now add bakind powder mix it well till smooth cover it cotten cloth around half an hour.

Now,we make syrup....big size bowl add water add sugar cover it till thin chasni. Now cover it.

Now. Take small amount of mawa fill 2 pie kesar 13 pie pista cover properly....in the same way make all jamun.

Khadhai put on flame add ghee when heat up...deep fry all jamun till dark pink....in a one time deepfrt 4 to 5 jamun.in the same way fry all jamun

Now cook all jamun for 15 min first 7 min full flame remaining low to medium flame.

Gulab jamun is ready now jamun is ready....now transfer it serving bowl.After 5 hour hour serve it..
