Steps

Mix besan and water until they thicken

Add salt and 1/4th spoon of red chilli powder

Make a mixture adding mashed potatoes, salt, jeera powder, black salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala

Spread the besan mixture on tawa and make a pancake (chilla)
- 5
Spread potato mixture over the chilla and cook from both sides till it turns reddish.

Turn over the chilla in a serving plate and spread green chutney, imli chutney and curd
- 7
Garnish with onion, tomato, coriander and bhujiya
- 8
Chilla chaat is ready to serve.
