I made this sauce with pure love for hubby and I...guess what, it came out well
Steps

Grind/grate your green pepper, depending on how you want it

Boil your goat meat, assorted till very soft, boil your pomo in a different pot.

Remove your meat from the stock,pour your pepper and boil till dry.

Bleach your palm oil, fry your chopped goat meat and assorted, then remove from the oil,pour your iru,fry for few minutes,pour your pepper, fry for 10minutes.

Add your seasoning and taste, add your chopped fry goat meat, pomo and assorted.

Fry for 20 minutes, add your boiled eggs and fry for 10mins. Add little cryfish.

Ready to be served with hot rice or ofada rice.
