Add salt, baking soda, carom seeds to besan and make batter as we make for pakoda

Wash spinach leaves and keep it for drying on kitchen towel or on cotton cloth. Dip single spinach leaf in besan batter and keep it on pan. Drizzle oil from sides and fry it from both the sides.

Arrange it in plate and add beaten curd, tamarind dates chutney, chopped onion, sev, some red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt. Garnish with chopped coriander.
Healthy and yummy palak pakoda chaat is ready
