Ma-po Nasu

It’s called Ma-po Nasu in Japanese.
Stir Fried auvergne and minced meats with spicy miso sauce that is influenced by Chinese cuisine. The flavor is almost same as mein-po Tofu:) This goes well with rice.

Steps

Cut auvergne rectangle and soak it water few minutes. Mince leek, ginger and garlic.
Mix ● mark‘a seasoning ingredients for sauce in advance. - 2
Sauté auvergne with vegetable oil until it looks nice
Leave them on the plate. - 3
Heat sesame oil on medium heat and stir fry leek, garlic and ginger until it smells nice. And then add minced pork. Cook well until pork looks crispy

Put sautéed auvergne and sauce. Stir them 1 -2 mins on medium high heat.

Pour mixture of water and potato starch egg of the pan roundly. Mix quickly and well on high heat until got sticky.
It will get sticky soon.
Pour chili oil and put grated Sichuan pepper or black pepper if you like.
