Steps

Peel potatoes and cut it into sticks.

Boil then In water and salt.

Drain off water.

Sprinkle flour, red chilli powder, salt and cornflour over the drained potatoes. Toss well to coat.

Heat oil in pan. Deep fry potato on medium flame until golden and crisp.

Heat oil in a pan and Fry garlic and chilli.

Add Onions and capsicum

Next add red chilli sauce, Tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar.

Then add fried potatoes and toss.

Serve it hot.
