Cheese Burst Maggi Dosa

Heat water in a pan add Maggi and mix it well. Bring it to boil.

Add Maggi masala and mix it well. Again bring it to boil.

Cook for 5-7min or until the water is absorbed.

Remove it from heat and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add Dosa mixture, yogurt and water mix it well to make a thick batter. Rest the batter for 5-10min.

Heat a tawa, sprinkle some water and wipe of completely.

Now, pour a ladle full of Dosa batter and spread gently. Add some butter and spread gently.

Then, add cabbage, onion, bell pepper, Cook Maggi and schezwan sauce now sprinkle salt, black pepper and mix it well.

Spread the Maggi gently on it. Top with the cheese and mix it well again. Cook for 5min.

Remove it from Tawa and cut it into strips. Roll it into cylinder shape.

Garnishing with cheese and coriander leaves.

Serve hot yummy and tasty cheese burst Maggi Dosa.
