Subse pehle Hari Mirchon ko achi tarha dhou lein.

Phir beach main se cut karlein

Aur achi tarha andher namak laga lein. Aur ek kapre ke Uper rakhe 2 ghante ke liye.

Jab namak pani chor dey to usi kapre main Mirchon ko nechor lein,ek airtight Jar lein aur mirche us main Dale.

Phir chillies flakes,soaf,meethi dana sub dal dein.

Phir sarson ka tail lein aur jar main dal dein.

Phir cover kardein,4 din ke liye kum roshni wali jaga par rakhe.
