Ingredients

  • For kofta stuffing
  • 200 gmscrushed paneer
  • 1/2 bowlbread crumbs
  • As neededoil for deep fry
  • as per taste salt
  • for gravy:
  • as per taste salt
  • 2onion
  • 2tomato
  • 2green chilli
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • As neededmalai
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add crushed paneer,bread crumbs,salt mix it and make the mixture.Now take a small ball from the mixture and roll it one by one.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and deep fry it.Take a pan heat the oil.add cumin seeds, onion tomato puree and saute it.

  3. 3

    Add salt, red chilli powder,kasuri methi,coriander powder,sugar and mix it.

  4. 4

    Add milk,fresh malai and mix it and cook it for 1-2 minutes.After that add kofta and mix it.Now paneer kofta is ready
