Wash and Soak black chana and rice overnight

Remove excess water and Grind it to a smooth paste.

Mix rice paste and black chana paste in a mixing bowl. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix. Adjust the consistency of water by adding water slowly. It should be of pouring consistency.

Wash, peel and chop onion, capsicum. Mash paneer.

Heat a non-stick griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil. Add a ladle full of mixture and spread with the help of spetula. Add paneer capsicum and onions over it and press with spetula. Cook on low flame till it turn golden. It may take 5 to 7 minutes.

Like wise make all the dosas.

Serve hot.
