Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupsoaked and cook millets
  2. 1 cupchopped onion
  3. 1 cup chopped tomato
  4. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  5. 3/4 cup chopped coriander
  6. 1 lemon
  7. 5 tbsp roasted peanuts
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. as per tastePepper
  10. as per tasteChilli flakes

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soaked bajra for 8 hours and then pressure cook till done.add salt when cook.

    Now cut the onions and tomato. Now mix all well and add lemon juice salt pepper and chilli flakes.

    Now add chopped coriander and cabbage and serve.
