Soaked channy ka pani drain kar ke us ko boil karny rakhdain.

Aik bhagony main oil,salt,haldi,zeera powder,red chilli powder or flakes ko daal kar paka lain.

Jab pak jai tou boiled channy daal dain or jo us ka pani ho woh bhi. Us ke sath sath 2 cup pani bhi daal kar paka lain.

Thori dair baad boiled potatoes bhi daal dain or pakain.

Water and corn flour ko mix karain or us ko channy main daal kar achy se mix karlain. Or is main imli pulp bhi daal dain

Garnish ke ingredients ko aik pan main daal kara roast karlain or grind bhi.

Channy ko plat main daal par upar se pappri, masala or onion,tomatoes,coriander and green chillie daal kar serve karain. Enjoy!!
