Boil 1 ltr of full fat milk in a large kadhai.

After a boil reduce the heat to medium and continue to boil.

Keep stirring for prevent the milk from burning.

Once the milk reduced to half, add 1 cup of sugar and keep stirring and scraping from sides.

When the milk reduced and becomes thick consistency, remove it from the heat and keep it aside for cooling.

Now take a mixer, add 10 to 12 paan or betel leaf, add 1tsp gulkand, add 2 cardamom pods, and 1/2 cup of milk and blend it to a smooth puree.

Now strain the paan puree into a bowl.

When the kulfi mixture comes to its room temperature add the paan puree and mix well.

Fill the mixture into the kulfi moulds and freeze for around 3 hours.

The kulfis should be 50% done in 3 hours.

Now remove it from the freezer and place the ice cream stick in the kulfis.

Place the moulds back in the freezer and freeze for at least 8 to 10 hours or keep it over night or until completely set.

Demould the kulfi and serve immediately.
