This Japanese-style dish always excites us at home. This time I cooked it with shrimp, and it turned out spectacular! 😍
📆 This is the recipe we cooked at the Cookpad Home Academy workshop, and we had a great time cooking together.

✅ If you decide to cook these Yakisoba fried noodles, share a photo on 📸 Cooksnap to show me how they turned out. I would love to see it!

Steps
- 1
Make the Yakisoba sauce by putting all its ingredients in a saucepan, bring to medium heat, stirring constantly, and reduce until it thickens slightly. Set aside.
- 2
Cut all the vegetables into thin strips. Slice the green onion into rounds.
- 3
Put 3 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan, and when hot, fry the peeled shrimp with the chopped garlic clove. Just sear the shrimp a little. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and sauté for 2 more minutes. Set aside on a platter.
- 4
Cook the noodles by bringing plenty of water to a boil in a pot with a pinch of salt. When it boils, add the noodles and cook for the time indicated by the manufacturer. Once cooked, drain them and set aside in a bowl with a drizzle of sesame oil to prevent sticking.
- 5
Add another 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and sauté the onion. When it becomes translucent, add the bell pepper, carrot, and finally the cabbage.
- 6
Add the shrimp, bean sprouts, a pinch of salt and pepper, half of the Yakisoba sauce, mix, and cook for a couple of minutes.
- 7
Add the cooked noodles along with the remaining Yakisoba sauce, mix, and let it cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.
- 8
Serve the noodles sprinkled with nori seaweed flakes and some sesame seeds.
